About Founder
Dipika Varlani is an internationally certified soft skills and life skills trainer, and the founder of Soft Skills Ki Duniya. She is SQA Certified and has completed the Train the Trainer (TTT) program from NABET.
She is also a certified Outbound Trainer, Experiential Trainer, G.O.A.L Facilitator from Life Academy, bringing a practical and engaging approach to every learning experience.
With 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, Dipika combines corporate exposure with experiential learning to help individuals build confidence, strengthen communication, develop leadership abilities and grow both personally and professionally.
She is an alumni of Air Force School, Hebbal and Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru.
I believe true growth is not just about what we achieve, but about who we become along the way. Life teaches us through every experience, relationship and challenge, and soft skills help us navigate these moments with confidence, empathy and grace.
